Vitalea Science provides services to researchers and clinicians who require extremely sensitive detection of 14C-labeled drugs or other chemicals for biomedical research using the Accelerator Mass Spectrometer (AMS).

AMS achieves low attomolar (10^-18) detection limits with less than 3% measurement imprecision. This high sensitivity affords many possibilities for biomedical research. Inclusive in these possibilities are the concept of microdosing where subtoxic quantities are tested in man (first-In-Man or Phase-0 studies).

Our team has been at the forefront of developing front-end chemistries for the efficient and reliable detection of the labeled compound in most any matrix.
